Technical support “Standard Support” for the lines of hardware security modules payShield 9000 and payShield 10k, as well as “Standard Maintenance Service” for the lines of hardware security modules ProtectServer and Luna SA from the equipment manufacturer, the company “Thales DIS Technologies BV”, includes:

– Information and consulting support for customers on the use of equipment and the licensed software installed on it (hereinafter – LPO) by phone or e-mail on business days from 9-00 to 18-00.

– Provision of licensed software updates issued during the period of provision of technical support services.

– Repair of equipment in order to restore the ability of the equipment to perform all functions in accordance with the basic requirements of the manufacturer.
